Pricing
A bulk or portfolio transaction may involve different pricing economics from individual retail sales. No representation is made that a structured disposal will produce a better outcome than open-market sales in any given circumstance.
Role
Goosen Capital acts as an intermediary and deal originator. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Goosen Capital does not act as principal purchaser, investment adviser or fund, and does not hold or manage client money.
